I got a letter from IRS  and they are requesting a completer 8962 and a copy of form 1095-A. I was listed as a dependent on my fathers tax return last year. So, i was dependent on 1095( on healthcare market place insurance as well). He has already provided his 1095 info on his tax return. So, how can i be able to provide my 1095 info if my father have already claimed on his return and i am not his dependent on my 2018 return.

You will need to get a copy of his 1095-A to include on your return. You will also need to prorate the amounts. If he has already filed, he has probably claimed 100%. Check with him before you put 0%.
