Question

How to remove the 1099-NEC form? I no longer work for them and no longer require this field but it will not let me remove it only edit information.

If you would like to delete your 1099-NEC input, you may use this shortcut in TurboTax to get to the right page: 

  1. Open your return.
  2. Search for 1099-NEC with the magnifying glass tool at the top of the page.
  3. Click on the Jump to 1099-NEC link at the top of the search results. 
  4. Use the trash can icon next to the 1099-NEC that you want to delete. 
**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
