How to remove the Deluxe option?
I don't know what I clicked but I have this annoying Deluxe option now as I'm trying to file.
It won't let me remove it. When I looked up how to downgrade back to basic, it said I have to reset everything but when I try to do that it keeps giving me the following notification:
"You cannot clear your return.
Once you register your tax return, or pay any TurboTax fees, we can no longer clear and start over."
I don't even know when I registered my return and I haven't payed any fees.
Please tell me how to take this thing off.
