How to review and resubmit your state tax returns. Was rejected and need to fix error

Email saying "we have identified an issue in your state tax return due to an error in our software. To review and resubmit your return. Sign it to your turbo tax account. Select State (left menu), State Review (top menu) ????????? Where are these menus
