How to show income(unrealized gain) from National Pension System(India)

Hello,
Before moving to USA I opened a NPS account and I have been contributing minimum amount to this account till now to keep it active.

I am quite confused how to calculate interest income from this account. As NPS statement shows overall gain till date, its very difficult to calculate interest on unrealized gains.

Earnings within a pension are not taxable until you withdraw the money and IRS does not tax unrealized gains. You don’t have to report anything unless you make a withdrawal.
