I have new previous year tax return and i want to start over with the whole process.

Are you using the Online version or the Desktop program? Did you use the Desktop program to do 2023? Do you have the file ending in .tax2023 on your computer? Or how did you do 2023?

To start over in the Online version you have to clear.

To start over in the Desktop program you just start a new return, go up to File-New Tax Return
