How to submit AAR, 8095, 9065

Our 2 person partnership wants to amend our 1065 and add deductions, reducing the partners' income. It's subject to the BBA and thus the forms that are needed to submit are the 8082, 8095, and 8096, according to this page from the IRS. How do you generate and e-file these forms in TurboTax Business? When I click that I'm amending a 1065, it generates a 1065x. When clicking the "file" tab, it's worth noting that only state e-filing was available. How do I send the necessary forms to the IRS through TurboTax?
