You can upgrade to Plus which gives you access to TurboTax support.  Click on Upgrade on the left side of the online program screen (Plus is not the Free edition)

 

Or you can ask your questions here on the forum and someone should be able to assist you as long as it is not a billing type question that can only be handled by TurboTax Support.
