How to take something off my tax form

I cannot change something on my tax form that I am filing and I need to do that. I withdrew my 401k and thought I had done it last year but it really was this year. How do I change it on my form so that I don't have to file a form on which I don't have the tax form and will not get it until next year?

To delete a form from TurboTax follow the steps below.

While in your TurboTax program (after continue your return)

-Click on the My Account drop down at the top of your screen.

-Click on Tools

- Under other helpful links find Delete a Form

This give you a list of all the forms created from the answers you gave.

Find the form you would like to delete and confirm your that you would like to delete it.
