I was just trying to figure out how can you get your taxes money the federal that’s the only thing you get money off of with y’all charging us the whole price for a little nothing

Your fee for using TurboTax is not based on the amount of your refund or on whether you are getting a refund at all. It is based on the complexity of your return and on what version of the software you used. Many people have to pay fees even if they owe the IRS and get no refund at all.

How can I see my TurboTax fees?
