Last year I have my 1099 misc in my personal income and in my business income. I am not sure if I should do that.

It depends.

If related to business income, input the information under the business section. If non-business income, then under the personal income section.

1099-MISC information is usually listed in both places (under personal and business) but will only be reported once on your tax return.

In TurboTax Self-Employed Online (or TurboTax Desktop Home and Business), you will only need to enter your 1099-MISC once (either under the business section or the personal tabs section).

Just make sure that if you are inputting your 1099-MISCs into the personal section that you only link the 1099-MISCs related to your business.

Check the total income being reported as business income (on Schedule C) and all of your 1099-MISC being reported to see that all the linked 1099-MISCs are being reported correctly.
