I attempted to import my 2019 HR Block return (I have been using HR Block for over ten years) and it appears to only have imported my personal information, no financial information in particular my Schedule E rental properties and my loss carryovers.  How do I get this information imported?  Thank You

Okay, I've never personally done a transfer from another service before.  Did you transfer from the tax data file, or from a PDF?  Sounds like you may have transferred from a PDF, which transfers much less info.   Let me just share with you the TurboTax FAQs associated with this, and see if this helps you out.  If you continue to have difficulty, post back and we'll work on it some more.

What's the difference between the tax data file and the PDF?

How do I transfer last year's return into TurboTax Online?

When transferring a tax file what information carries over to my return?

Here's How to transfer into Windows Desktop

When you look at the first choice for transferring from HR Block it says to launch Turbo Tax 2019.  That should be 2020.

Do you have a HR Block tax file or a pdf file?
