HSA Contributions Don't Add Up

In my 2019 TurboTax Premier, my combined Employer and Employee HSA contribution amounts do not add up to the value shown as "2019 employer and payroll contributions". There's no way to edit the value displayed.

1) Should the value shown be equal to the total from box 12 on my W-2s for the year for employer and payroll contributions?

2) If so, how can I get the number in "2019 employer and payroll contributions" to display correctly?

The value of your Box 12, Code W entry for Health Savings Account contributions generally should equal " 2019 Employer and Payroll Contributions ". There are some reasons they may not, however.

I would check to make sure that the HSA contributions are coming through on only one W2. I would also make sure that the W2 with the Box 12, Code W entry is entered correctly. I would also check last year's return to see if you had excess contributions that were carried forward to this year.
