Husband has TWO separate SSA-1099s. One is his, one is to him on behalf of his mother, who died during the year and SSA gave him her last payment

It is a regular SSA 1099.  It has his soc # listed.  Box 7, address, presents his name and then says :on behalf of his mother, deceased.)  It represents a check that was sent to him about a week after she died. She died May 2 but the check didn't arrive until July 10.

    Add them both together first and enter the totals for him.
