hWy won't it accept my employee's control number?

You don't need to enter the control number on your W-2 into the program, unless you are trying to import it.  

If it won't allow you to input this number, you may need to download and/or print a copy of your W-2 and enter your information yourself manually (i.e., type it in).

Add/Edit/Delete Form W-2:

1. Open your return (if not already open).
2. Enter "w2" in the Search box.
3. Click on "jump to w2" link.  
4. Import or Enter you information manually.  If you land on your W-2 Summary income page, you can click on the “Add” button to add another W-2 or on Trash can to the right of that particular W-2 to delete it.
