I accidentally paid for "Deluxe", but haven't filed yet. How do I get a refund?

I don't need "deluxe", actually I qualify for the IRS free file, I don't know why it already charged be even though I haven't filed yet. Is there a way to refund the "deluxe" package that I paid for even though I haven't filed yet? The order number is TTWCC147845842 if that helps. Thank you.
