Question

I accidentally said yes to premier account, but I do not want it. How can I delete it?

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2020 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

    THANK YOU! There isn't a tax tools button on mine. Am I blind or is it because I haven't really started yet?

    You have to start the 2020 tax return and enter some basic information.  Then the links on the left side of the screen will be available.
