I accidentally selected a paid version. I’d like to use the free version. How do i change it back?

You may be able to downgrade your TurboTax product as long as you haven't yet paid or registered.  You'd need to use the "Clear and Start Over" feature.  Keep in mind, however, that all of your data entry will be deleted.  See the info below for instructions on using this feature.

 

Can I downgrade to a lower-priced version of TurboTax Online?
