Question

I added another state to my recently submitted tax forms. when I e-file state rtn I get the following error: Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again."

Any ideas why I cannot efile the new state (CA) that I added to the amended Fed forms?

You might want to contact Support for this issue.

A 2021 return of any kind can no longer be efiled ... in the FILE tab choose the MAIL in option.
