Ok ... let me see if I can guess ... you efiled the return and it was accepted and then you went back in and added a W-2 form without using the amendment process (which will not be operational until mid February).

 

If this is what you did you need to UNDO the change you made and put your return BACK to how it was originally ... then WAIT for your original refund and for the amendment process to open up before you try that again.
