I adopted my daughter as a single parent in 2003. There is no father. Why cant i claim head of household? She is a full time student in college.
I wrote that she is living with me for 3 months out of the year.
Temporarily being away from home for education is considered still living in your home. Go back and edit your answer for living in the home and enter the Whole Year.
