Question

I agreed to a $40 for federal fee and 40 for state fee. But now I see your forcing a $40 charge I never agreed to.

I am upset that you would do that and the only way to fix it is live chat that costs another $50. I have used you guys for years! Never felt so ripped off!

In the File section of the program on Step 1 where you were asked to pay the TurboTax account fees you were given two options. One to pay with a credit/debit card or pay with the federal tax refund. The there was a $39.99 service charge clearly shown for the pay with refund option.
