You can only prepare 1 tax return for the year.  All of your income for the year is reported together on 1 tax return. You need to clarify whether or not the CPA filed a tax return or not.  If the CPA already filed a tax return for 2018, you will need to amend that tax return to add the rest of your income.  You will not be able to e-file a second tax return.

If the CPA did not file a return yet, then you can use TurboTax to report all of your income and file your 2018 return.
