I already paid for TurboTax Online 2018, how can I download the desktop version for free?

I purchased TURBOTAX ONLINE SELF EMPLOYED TAX YEAR 2018 PREP and TURBOTAX MAX BENEFITS R2018 in 2019, it's not available anymore online and I still need to finish filing (my filing was initially rejected). The help section recommended I purchase turbotax desktop, but I already paid for TurboTax Online for 2018. How can I download TurboTax Desktop for 2018?

This link advises paying for the desktop software. I already paid for the 2018 online filing. My question was how can I download the 2018 TurboTax Desktop for free because I already paid $190 to file online for 2018.
