I already paid to file, but I'm being told I need to pay again. This was after an error with filing last week. Help?

I paid online to file, but received an error when I went to complete e-filing due to forms not being ready. Today I received the email that the forms were ready. I went to retry the e-file and now am being asked to pay again. I checked  my bank account and the payment from the original attempt was pulled out of my bank account. Who do I contact about this?

Yes, same account. I reviewed all of the info on the forms to make sure. Everything is there... minus the proof of payment. I have an email and the amount showing on my bank account as well as the print out of the receipt. I'll try again tomorrow since they're unreachable.
