Question

I already recieved my state return why does it not reflect that in the turbo tax app why is it not updating the information

TurboTax never updates with that information.  Once you file your tax return, this software is done.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS or your state.

If that's the case then stop informing people they can track thier refund through the app
