I am a 19 year old student and my parents claimed me on their taxes in 2019 and 2020. I filed my own tax return. Am I eligible for all 3 stimulus payments

No, you are not eligible for the first two because you were claimed as a dependent in 2020. According to the information from the bill signed today, you will not be eligible for the 3rd payment of $1400, but your parents will be able to get the payment for you as a dependent on their return (they did not get anything extra for you for the 1st two payments).
