I am a costumer of Mint. shouldn't I have received a 20 dollar discount?

THIS!  Exactly why we opted to use TurboTax this year because of the SUPPOSED $20 discount and SUPPOSED free tax filing yet here we are.  NO $20 discount and somehow we had to pay over 70 bucks to file Federal and State taxes when I'm not working, when we're here struggling to save a buck.  Would NEVER use TurboTax again after this experience.  And trying to contact their support is a joke.  No online chat feature, you have to call them and wait for over 45 minutes to speak to someone.
