I am a landlord and where do i Enter the 1099M
the form only has the rent on there and the rest of the boxes is empty
You would report the 1099-MISC with an amount in box 1 for Rents in the Rental Income section of TurboTax. See the screenshot below.You would need TurboTax Premier to report rental income and expenses.
