The personal tax return deadline is April 15 if you owe taxes. You can request an extension of time to file before April 15 and the deadline to file with the extension is Oct. 15. You must pay the amount of taxes you expect to owe by April 15 if you are requesting an extension to file your tax return. If you are getting a refund, there is no penalty for late filing.

You can use online Premier to file your personal tax return and enter the K-1 from your LLC. You will need TurboTax Business to prepare a tax return for the LLC itself: https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/

If the Multi-member LLC Partnership return hasn't been filed yet, you're running a bit late with this, Partnership returns were due back on March 15th....they can be quite a complex return to prepare, you may considered enlisting the help of a tax professional.

The return for our company was filed by an accounting firm already. I still have to file for my personal taxes though. Do my personal taxes fall under the March 15th deadline? Thank you for your help!
