Why are you asking?  Did you get an email saying to file? That is just the marketing dept.  If you have an account from last year they don’t know you don’t need to file this year.  

If you only get ssi or SS or SSDI or SSA-1099 it is not taxable and you do not have to file a return.  Oh, but you do need to file if you get a 1095A for having Marketplace health ins or to get back any withholding taken out.
