Question

I am a travel nurse and live in ky. Worked in one location for a year. Took off a month. Do I need to move location to remain travel status? Or is the month off enough?

I have been told mixed opinions. My other tax friend said I should be fine as well as my travel company. I just don't wanna risk the repercussion of paying tax on my stipends. I can move locations in January which is my year mark. I need to know before my next extension.
