I am a widow receiving survivor benefits

If my brother passed away in 2010 and my sister in law recieves survivor benefits through SS. Does she qualify for a stimulas check? She is a resident alien.

If she is a resident alien, and she has a Social Security number, and she receives regular SS benefits, and she is not claimed as a dependant on another's tax return, and she makes under $99,000 (single or 198,000 married) then she qualifies for a stimulus payment.
