I am being charged for live when I did not use it. The help team told me I need to start my taxes over to correct it. Is there another way or should I go to HR Block?

    You can downgrade to a TurboTax product that doens't involve TurboTax Live.  Refer to the TurboTax Help article How do I downgrade to a different TurboTax Online product?
