Question

I am being prompted that there are too many characters in the address field for my employer on my w2 but that is the correct address?

If an address is too long for the 35 character field, please enter only the first 35 characters. The IRS will be able to correctly match your tax return information to the originally reported W-2.

can't download LPL Financial information as our email is more than 32 characters and turbo tax won't accept it. What do I do?

Enter in the email with only the 32 characters, as this may work. 

 

If it does not, please follow the instructions here if you cannot import the 1099.
