Question

I am being required to fill in info on Schedule 8812 which is for Credits for Qualifying Children and other Dependents but this does not apply to me. How do I correct? Tax Year 2021

We do not have dependents of any kind so this form should not be necessary, but the Turbotax program insists that I provide info for it.

You can delete the Schedule 8812 and move forward with your return. If you had Qualifying Children or Dependents last year and used TurboTax last year, that information may have carried over from the Prior Year.
