I am covered by a Health insurance Marketplace by my parent, he did report the 1095-A on his 2024 taxes My return keeps getting denied because of this. What do I do?

Are you claimed as a dependent on his return? If not, then you need to report the 1095-A on your return as well. You will need to select that you shared the policy with another taxpayer and then allocate whatever amount he did not. If he claimed 100%, then you would claim 0%.

If you are a dependent and you are being rejected, then double check in the personal info section to be sure that you checked the box that says someone else claimed you as a dependent.
