WHERE IS THE CHECK BOX FOR HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD IN YOUR LISTINGS ?

TurboTax will show you as "single," but if you have a dependent will automatically change the filing status to "head of household."

Please check these items:

On the Personal Info Summary, it may show "Single" to the right of Marital Status, but does it show Head of Household to the left?

Check the entries for your grandson to make sure he is being considered your dependent. When you go to the Personal info summary, do you see him listed as a dependent? If not, click on Edit next to his name and go through the interview to check your entries.
