I am entering the correct routing number for Chase upstate. Turbo Tax is not recognizing it. I'm not able to file electronically.
Chase Bank confirms that I am using the correct routing number. Please check the data base.
Sometimes banks have more than one routing number. If your bank has several use the one for electronic transfers. You may want to contact your financial institution.
