I am filing a "Married, filing jointly" 2018 return. On the signature page, why does it not require my wife's signature as it has in past years?

The new Form 1040 is only one page this year.  You will find the signature section right below the Dependent section of the return.  It is located in the middle of the page.  There is a spot for both the taxpayer and spouse to sign the return.  Please click on screenshot box below for reference.
