I am filing out the state Medical Care Insurance section. Is the amount paid for medical care insurance found on my 1095-A form, Part 3A, Line 33?

Yes, Part III, Column A, line 33 is what you paid out of pocket.

 

Column A. Enter the total monthly enrollment premiums for the policy in which the covered individuals enrolled. Include only the premiums allocable to essential health benefits.
