Question

I am filling out form 104PTC and it is requiring a Colorado Drivers License. I do not have one, and the system will not let me proceed without it. What do I do?

Can I fill out a Colorado form 104PTC form without a Colorado Drivers License?

If you have a CO State Identification Card, use that number.  If not, then file on paper.  The instructions for the paper form state:

 

"First-time filers must provide proof of full-year Colorado residency. If you did not hold your Colorado driver license or ID card from January 1–December 31, 2022, you must include a copy of your lease or rental agreement."
