Question

I am getting a rejection on the state refund and i keep getting a "the description field must have text value". What field is making it error out?

Go into the "Review" section of the Tax Return and run an error check. The error should come up and give you guidance on how to correct. It will also show a preview of the form so you can see which form is affected.

Once you correct it, proceed to the e-File screen again. If you are unable to clear the error, you may need to delete the form that is affected and prepare it again. If you can't fix the error, post back here with more details of what exactly you are experiencing in the Review screen.
