I am getting an error message when I select the "I'm not a robot." "An error occurred. Please try again" I've logged out and logged back in and get the same message.

Here's a few things you can do:

  1. Log out, clear cache and cookies
  2. Switch browsers
  3. Lob back in

Please log completely out of TurboTax and try clearing your browser's cache.  A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for instructions:
