Question

I am getting an error that says my state wages ‘Can't be more than your federally reported wages’ which is not correct. What do I do?

PA counts 401k as income so my state wages are always higher than federal and This has never been an issue before. Is there an error in Turbo-tax?

This has been a problem for some PA residents, and a few NJ residents too.

One PA person fixed it. They had imported their W-2 (or took a picture or some other transfer method).

The deleted the entire W-2.

Then restarted it, but manually put it in.....entirely manually..."I'll type it in myself"
