Question

I am getting the error message "The bank needs you to do something at their site. (108)" but it is not clear what I have to do at my banks site.

My bank is Wells Fargo and I am trying to import my 1099-INT

That error number (generated by Wells Fargo, not TurboTax) means there is a message for you.

Please sign into your online banking and view or dismiss your messages, then go back to import your tax documents.
