I am having issues uploading my acorns 1099. I’m using the correct account number and document ID, is anyone having a similar issue or did anyone find a solution?

The issue has been reported to our investigation team.  Per our updates:

 

 

A Moderator has responded to me that the problem with Acorns importing has been submitted to the TT investigations team.   This being a weekend and all, and the possibility that the right Acorns personnel also may not be available on a weekend,  it may take a couple days to hear something definitive.   You may just want to wait until TurboTax knows what is going on with the process.

At the meantime, you can manually enter the information.  For example, if its a Form 1099-DIV, here are the steps:

 

  • Sign in to your TurboTax account and select Pick up where you left off
  • At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in "1099div" and Enter
  • Select Jump to 1099div
  • Follow prompts

Use the same instructions for 1099int or 1099b
