Ok ... the current ONLINE program is ONLY for the 2019 tax year.   To complete a 2018 return you need to use the downloaded 2018 program and importing into the 2018 program is no longer available.  Seek a copy of the missing W-2 form from your employer then go here to download the 2018 program ...

Don’t forget your state. And you will have to print and mail your returns.  So be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

TurboTax or online can only prepare a 2019 tax return. To prepare a 2018 tax return, you will have to obtain your W-2 directly from the employer and prepare your return using TurboTax 2018 version that you purchase on a CD or download and install on your own computer.
