I am having trouble paying $193 in only 1 payment and would benefit from a payment arrangement

What do you owe $193 for?   If you mean your TurboTax fees, sorry, but TT does not offer payment plans for its fees.  

How can I see my TurboTax  fees?

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons     (BEFORE you e-file) :

 

 

Or are you referring to tax due that you owe to the IRS or your state?
