I am having trouble starting the file process, it keeps saying "we hit a slight snag in this section?

Try this:

Log out of Turbo Tax and close out of your browser.  Then, clear your cache and delete your cookies.  Open up your browser window and go back into Turbo Tax.  This should have fixed your issue.  Please see below on how to clear your cache and delete cookies:
